Shipping Information: We strive to process and ship all orders within 1-3 business days of receiving them. Once shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your location. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Returns & Exchanges: At Mirage, we stand behind the quality of our products. We accept returns and exchanges only in the event of a production error. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for any other reason, including change of mind or ordering the wrong size. However, we are happy to offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value within 15 days of purchase.
